Current is a festival that showcases work by graduating students from the Faculty of Media and Creative Arts. It spans the disciplines of arts, new media, and design, and brings together passionate storytellers from various walks of life. Celebrating creativity, ingenuity, and independent thought, Current is a melange of live performances, exhibits, and networking events that help our Media and Creative Arts students bring their many talents to the fore.

The Creativity Challenge
At the Faculty of Media and Creative Arts, we’re always on the lookout for new avenues of inspiration. Nothing excites us more than stories! What does creativity mean to you? How has it shaped your way of thinking? How can your work impact the community?
Here’s the deal: there are no rules. Create an infographic, shoot a mini documentary, or flesh out a graphic novel. No matter the approach, make sure it’s 100% original.
